The 3D & Real-Time Design Plus (3D Real-Time Plus) program is a 288-hour career-focused course that bridges traditional 3D animation pipelines with the rapidly expanding world of real-time rendering and game engines. Starting with visual design fundamentals and progressing through professional 3D modeling, texturing, rigging, and animation in Autodesk Maya, the course culminates in an advanced real-time semester where students master Unreal Engine 5 and Unity for game art, environment design, and architectural visualization. With additional training in digital sculpting (ZBrush), cloth simulation (Marvelous Designer), and photogrammetry, graduates are equipped to work across game studios, VFX houses, and the rapidly growing XR and arch-viz sectors.
